The rooms here are cozy and well-maintained, plus, they come with a bathtub 🛁. Breakfast is a highlight - you get tasty toast and top-notch coffee that really hit the spot.

The hotel had a central position really close to Shinsaibashi shopping street, Dotonbori, and the Shinsaibashi subway station. Overall had a very, very good stay.

A little hard to find, but tired from the long flight and maybe a little overstrained... but the way from the station was very interesting. If they were an hour early, they would have had to pay a surcharge. We waited in the lobby for an hour.

Reasonably priced room, central heating, pay TV and a fridge were a nice surprise. The breakfast with toast and excellent coffee, as for instance was complimentary, had so much to choose from. Excellent services were available. Location: the hotel was close to Dotonburi shopping area, the bar/restaurant district, and the super long Shinsaibashi market street. The lunch in Nazar near the property had every choice imaginable.

The breakfast here is delicious and offers a variety of options, the rooms are worth the price as they are spacious with large bathrooms and baths, and its location is perfect, close to Shinsaibashi shopping street.

The Location is so close to MTR

The receptions were not nice, not helpful. The air-condition was annoying because it always stopped. The toilet was not sterilized.

The room was kept very clean and available with a big bathroom. The air conditioning was good. The breakfasts were exceptionally good, with a wide array of meals.

can't beat the location, in the middle of Shinsaibashi where all the action happen in Osaka.

blanket is a bit too short, only one double bed option, tiny room. Check out time is 10 am is quite unreasonable.

Bed is uncomfortable ,because its too soft and small.

Stayed here for 3 nights, perfect spot for what we needed. Food was fresh and had plenty of choices. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the heart of everything in Shinsaibashi 🌟.
